LNR has a number of student involvement opportunities, including recreation, disk golf course, nature trails, and activities with student environmental organizations on campus. Students can take an independent study credit to conduct research on a specific topic. Projects in the past have involved the UCF gopher tortoise population, and storm-water pond systems.
